John Westdal

John became a dedicated neutral in 2018. Prior, he was a partner at a boutique law firm and practised for over twenty years as an advocate in labour, employment, and human rights matters. He went to McGill (Economics) and Queen’s (Law). In his spare time he rides bikes, a lot.

Joy Noonan

Joy is an accomplished lawyer who shifted her law practice in 2007 to that of full time neutral and conflict resolution work.

Joy earned her law degree (LL.B) from the Schulich School of Law and her Masters of Law (LL.M) in Alternate Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School. She has received the designation of Chartered Mediator (C. Med) from the ADR Institute of Canada, is a member of the Canadian Academy for Distinguished Neutrals (CADN) and is available to mediate and/or arbitrate most labour, civil and commercial matters.

Judith Parisien

Judith is an experienced labour, employment, and human rights lawyer who has transitioned her practice to become a dedicated neutral focusing on mediation, workplace assessments and workplace investigations. Prior to this, she was a partner in a national law firm, where she was a trusted advisor to clients.

She is fluently bilingual and works in both French and English.
Judith was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004 after completing her law degree at the University of Ottawa.
