Mediations
Mediations are typically billed on a full-day or half-day flat fee. Full days cover all preparation and a seven-hour session. Half days cover all preparation and a three-hour session.

Other Considerations
Facilities costs, when required, are in addition to these fees. HST is charged as required.
The invoice will be split between the parties, unless there is an agreement specifying a different allocation.
Cancellations
No charge if notice of cancellation is received at least ten business days in advance. Half the fee otherwise. In all cases, the parties will be responsible for any non-refundable disbursements incurred.
Investigations
Investigations are billed at $400 to $550 per hour depending upon the investigator, and the nature of the case, plus any disbursements and HST. The total cost is driven largely by the complexity of the matter, the number of documents to be reviewed, and the number of interviews required.
Arbitrations
Arbitration fees range between $5,000 to $6,000 a day based on the forum and the location, plus any disbursements and HST.

Workplace assessment and restoration fees vary depending on the size of the team to be assessed, the assessment methodology, and the required workplace interventions.
