Mediations are typically billed on a full-day or half-day flat fee. Full days cover all preparation and a seven-hour session. Half days cover all preparation and a three- hour session.

Investigations
Investigations are billed at $400 to $550 per hour depending upon the investigator, and the nature of the case, plus any disbursements and HST. The total cost is driven largely by the complexity of the matter, the number of documents to be reviewed, and the number of interviews required.
Arbitrations
Arbitration fees range between $5,000 to $6,000 a day based on the forum and the location, plus any disbursements and HST.
